Sadly we often do not take our own advise but last week I vowed to follow this and quit working so hard and that means taking the phone off the hip, heading out with a fishing poll or pottering in the garden............. whatever it takes. So for my regular visitors sorry but this site will be gradually diminishing but I am still here and Happy to have you visit.
