COROZAL DISTRICT.... CONSEJO SHORES
This is probably the only well established seaside community in Belize of this calibre . Set on 350 acres of parkland settings with interconnecting parks green belts and seafront areas this gives its residents abundent space and infinite peace . This lovely development has a 9 hole golf course, library and community building . It is 7 miles from Corozal by road and 10 minutes to Mexico by boat 35 minutes by land. The proximity to Chetumal makes it an easy place to acquire almost anything with supermarkets ,cinemas ,services and all modern conveniences. The residents of Consejo Shores love it for its pleasant climate and greenness and low rainfall and NO sand flies. What a plus!!!!!!!!! and to top it all the swimming is wonderful in soothing fresh non salty bay waters. NO jelly fish !!!
Definitly a must to see if you would like a year round home in Belize.
Having said all that now what can I sell you ? We have residential lots of about 1/2 acre (20,000 sq. ft) starting at Us$ 30,000 so you can have a really good size spread for your money. I also have some deals on existing housing and a couple of sites suitable for multiple uses.
